The Pocket PC has a run command similar to the Start menu command on most Windows operating systems. To access it, hold down the action button on the Pocket PC and tap on the clock area in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Red dots will appear, then let go of the action button. A dialog pops up, and one of the choices will be Run; if this is selected, a run dialog will appear. The action button varies from device to device — on the iPAQ, it’s the main speaker and directional pad button.
