Treo 650 If you have a cingular 650 and you are having problems like voicemail is going to all zeros, keeps reseting on you, freezes up or just acts like you have a virus no mater what you try there can be an easy fix to your problem. Take out your sim card and if you have an old 32k (all white) you need to switch it with the new 64k (orange and white). If you have the 64k check on the back where you can actually see the chip there will be a letter A or G at the end of the numbers to the side of the chip. If you have a G on it you need to get the A. G gemplus A axalto. If you have an A, well, there’s a problem somewhere else in the unit. The gemplus sim cards are defective with just the 650. It makes it seem it has a virus. Any Cingular should be able to switch you card free of charge because of the defect with it. If you have an all white 32k sim you should also be able to switch the card free of charge.
